First off, congratulations! This is a very special time for not only you and your lifelong partner, but also for your family and friends. Here at The Gathering, we believe that all those whom you love and want to share this special day with should gather together and celebrate this unforgettable moment with you.  We of course hope that you choose to celebrate your wedding day with us at The Gathering, but we also understand the importance of finding the perfect venue that resembles you and your partner’s personalities. Our wedding rental includes the following:
  • A full day-of rental from 7am to 10pm. If any additional hours are needed, it must be arranged with Event Coordinator. 
  • We allow our clients to hold their ceremony on our great lawn and hold their reception in our inside venue space. Our client and their guests will be the sole user of our property on the reserved date, allowing both locations to be used with no extra charge as well as access to our back patio.
  • The use of our exclusive cozy, romantic bridal room. Our bridal room is outfitted with a high-top counter, two great, big mirrors, and comfortable high back bar stools. We also have a charming, tufted chair for getting-ready pictures and relaxing during glam.
  • If using a licensed caterer, we allow the caterer to use the full range of the kitchen. This includes access to an oven, freezer, refrigerator, ice machine, prep space, and two sinks. If our client will be the provider of the food, we allow them to access only the buffet area of the kitchen facility which includes a sink, refrigerator, prep space, and buffet counter with convenient outlets.
  • The rental also includes the use of two, three-stalled bathrooms, both handicap accessible, 78 parking spaces for all your guests, built-in keg tap, built-in bar, mounted flat screen T.V., use of farmers table, antique buffet, and tables and chairs for 60 guests.
